- You find yourself driving around listening to “Alvin and the Chipmunks Christmas” album and SINGING ALONG, only to realize you dropped your children off at school 25 minutes ago….
- You fantasize about different scenarios for making the Advent Calendars and your sweet Elf on the Shelf disappear without the kids noticing. You’re over dedicating the 30 minutes they’ve added to your morning routine.
- You arrive with your child for drop off at Preschool, and he has no shoes on. You frantically look for a pair of shoes left behind by one of your other children in the car, but, alas, all you find are a pair of flip flops. It’s 30 degrees outside, and after considering it for a split second, you decide a return trip home is necessary!
- You forgot to send your children with those wrapped, age-appropriate gifts for the toy drive at school. That’ll be another return trip home.
- You have three phone numbers “favorited” in your phone: your Pediatrician, YOUR doctor, and Amazon.com Customer Support. And yet this all seems completely logical.
- You mistakenly send your boys to school wearing their Cub Scout Uniforms. Turns out, today was the day they were supposed to wear Red and Green.
- You accidentally send a text message to your plumber stating, “I love you!” because his name starts with the same letter as your husband’s, and you clicked “send” too quickly. However, he DID unclog the toilet, so perhaps you really do love him!
- You call Trader Joe’s an hour after you left the store frantically asking if they came across your cart full of groceries in the parking lot. That’ll be a return trip to Trader Joe’s! At least they were kind enough to put them in the refrigerator for you.
- You decide to make some progress on your Christmas cards, and stamp ALL 285 envelopes with the return address label ON THE WRONG SIDE OF THE ENVELOPE. Thankfully, Shutterfly is kind enough to send new ones.
