A week or so ago we had a 4th grade class come to visit our kitchen for a field trip. Making pizzas, celebrating food, meeting the kids-- we had a ball in the kitchen! We have dozens of employees in each kitchen, but only a few of us get to interact with kids on a daily basis. As much as we love visiting the schools and talking with the students, most of our dedicated staff has to actually operate this company and make sure we are the best school lunch company around!
